It all started with a trip to Tasmania.

Bob and Lily have always loved honey, the real stuff, straight from the hive. But it was a visit to a Tasmanian apiary that changed everything. Standing among the hives, watching thousands of tiny wings at work, something sparked. Joy turned into passion, passion turned into obsession, and obsession turned into a deep desire to protect and celebrate our tiny heroes.

They came home buzzing. Within weeks, Bob and Lily delved into the wonderful world of beekeeping.

And so, The Bees Knees Honey was born, a small-batch, Australian honey brand built on love for bees, respect for nature, and a commitment to pure, raw honey exactly as it should be.
