What is leatherwood?

Leatherwood honey comes from the nectar of Tasmania’s rare Leatherwood tree, found deep within ancient World Heritage rainforests. Known for its rich floral aroma, smooth buttery texture, and lingering sweetness, it is considered one of Australia’s most unique and premium honeys.
