What is yapunyah?
Yapunyah refers to a native Australian eucalyptus tree found throughout inland Queensland and parts of outback Australia. The bees collect nectar from the flowering Yapunyah trees, producing a darker, thicker honey with a rich buttery depth and a smooth, caramel-like character.
